Welcome!

What's This About?

This site is set up to support one of the projects at Distributed Proofreaders. This project aims to produce an ebook version of "The English Hymnal", 1906 edition, which is in the public domain. The ebook, when completed, will be posted at Project Gutenberg, and will have plaintext and html versions, as well as musical scores coded in Lilypond. If you would like to work on this project, or help to produce various types of public domain ebooks, join us at Distributed Proofreaders.

This site serves as a file repository for music files produced and used in the production of the English Hymnal ebook. It also allows users to enjoy the music as they are being produced.

Note: As of 27 July 2007, we have moved this file repository to ehymnal.wikispaces.com. If you have come here by following an old link, please go there to participate in this project.
